- 50g TVP mince
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 280ml stock
- 200g tomatoes, skinned
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1tsp dried basil
- Soak the mince in stock for 10 minutes.
- Lightly fry onion in a little oil with the basil.
- Add garlic, mince, tomatoes and tomato puree. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve with wholemeal spaghetti or other pasta as preferred.
