Fried Rice with Oyster Sauce

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 90g ham, diced
  • 30g cooked prawns
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, shredded
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 pieces of onion, chopped
  • 10g green peas (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 60ml/¼cup Oyster Sauce
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and sauté the ginger  until fragrant.
  2. Add all the other ingredients except the rice and stir well.
  3. Add the rice and stir well once again.
  4. Before serving sprinkle the shredded egg over the top.
