Crunchy Bean Salad

  • This salad can be made with a mixture of dried or tinned pulses. Choose a selection (kidney beans, haricot, chick peas etc)
  • Crisp chopped pepper
  • Sliced celery
  • Finely chopped onion
  1. Simply toss ingredients together in a French dressing or the dressing of your choice and leave for a couple of hours before serving.
  2. NOTE: Remember to boil dried kidney beans for at least 10 minutes to destroy toxins. The tinned variety are safe to use directly.
