- 225g chocolate or chocolate cake covering
- 50g peanut butter
- 50g puffed rice cereal
- 50g salted peanuts
- 8 glacé cherries, chopped
- Break up the chocolate and mix with the peanut butter in a bowl. Microwave at 100% (high) for 2 minutes until soft. Stir to blend.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and spread evenly in a greased 20cm square tray.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into 16 squares.
- The squares can be cut diagonally to make small sweets.
