Cereal Peanut Crunch

  • 225g chocolate or chocolate cake covering
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 50g puffed rice cereal
  • 50g salted peanuts
  • 8 glacé cherries, chopped
  1. Break up the chocolate and mix with the peanut butter in a bowl. Microwave at 100% (high) for 2 minutes until soft. Stir to blend.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and spread evenly in a greased 20cm square tray.
  3. Allow to cool and set before cutting into 16 squares.
  4. The squares can be cut diagonally to make small sweets.
