- 225g Weetabix, crushed
- 100g margarine
- 1 small cauliflower
- 100g cooked
- 25g wholemeal flour
- 25g margarine
- 140ml milk
- Seasoning to taste
- Crush the
weetabix, melt the 100g margarine and combine the two. Press into a small flan dish taking up the sides as well as the base. Set aside to cool .
- Cook the cauliflower florets, briefly, in boiling water then drain. Mix the cauliflower with the drained beans
- Make a fairly thick sauce by heating the 25g margarine, stir in the flour and then the milk, cook for a few minutes. Season
- Mix the cauliflower and beans into the sauce and place in the prepared case
. Heatthrough for 15 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
